1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using the Sarka app you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Use of the App

Sarka is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations.

You must not:

  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or tamper with the app.
  • Use the app to transmit harmful, illegal, or offensive content.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our backend services.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use Sarka. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you should review these terms with a parent or guardian.

4. User Accounts

Creating an account is optional. If you create one, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code in the Sarka app are owned by Johannes Häyry or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app for personal purposes only.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be available at all times, error-free, or free of viruses. Use the app at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Johannes Häyry shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the app, including loss of data.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the app at our discretion, including if you breach these terms. You may stop using the app at any time.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the app after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Finland.
